    Consider improving the outdated room furnishings!!! Better management of sunbed reservations would enhance guest comfort!!! Addressing the air conditioning issues in common areas could be a major plus!!!

    It was airy, spotless and with 2 separate beds. The location in a local area was excellent and wonderful and there were a market and shops nearby. The service was terrific, totally satisfied. The entire staff were ready to help and absolutely courteous.

    Had a fab time with my family! The pools were fantastic and we enjoyed relaxing at the spa and outdoor swimming pool. Just a small hiccup with some hotel signs being a bit unclear, but overall, we loved it 🏖️

    The Wi-fi in the room and on the area is weak. We asked for a kettle in the room on arrival. But we didn`t receive it☹

    I greatly enjoyed staying in this brilliantfamily-friendly hotel. I booked bright and fairly quiet room with wider beds, the bar outside, fresh towels. The location was great and beautiful, at a short distance from Belek Town Mosque. Was set in 20 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were polite. The pool was brilliant and I had branded drinks in the English bar.

    beds and pillows were comfortable. The cleaning was good.

    What we didn't like is that the stairs leading to the room remained dirty from the time we arrived until we left the hotel, they were never cleaned.

    A beach day to remember

    We spent sunny days lounging by the pools and the beach with good waiter service-nice for the kids! The Italian restaurant served fantastic dishes.

    Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room barely worked. Plus, some staff interactions felt a bit off.

    The pools were amazing, especially the beach pavilion with wait staff. The food at the italian restaurant was delicious. We felt welcome all our stay.
